For clarity, “Intellectual Property Rights” mean all rights throughout the world in (i) patents, patent disclosures, and inventions (whether patentable or not), (ii) trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, logos, designs, corporate names, domain names, social media account names and handles, and other similar designations of source or origin, together with the goodwill symbolized by any of the foregoing, (iii) copyrights and works of authorship (whether copyrightable or not), including computer programs, mask works, and rights in data and databases, (iv) trade secrets, know-how, and other confidential information, and (v) all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered, and including all registrations and applications for, and renewals or extension of, such rights, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection throughout the world.

HPE hereby grants to you the following royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Game, and all materials and content, available via this website, and provided that if you are a Minor, you are accessing this website with your parent or guardian’s consent, such prior written consent having been already provided to your organization or program’s leader or relevant representative. In connection with this license, you may view, participate in, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website in connection with the Game, for use in satisfying your organization or program’s STEAM requirements, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.

HPE respects the Intellectual Property Rights of others, and we ask you to do the same. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate service and/or access to this website for users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. • for any direct loss, as the website, Game, and all other content and materials provided through the website are provided free-of-charge, and accordingly you agree that HPE will have no liability in connection with or arising from your use of this website and the Game;
• for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
• for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.

These limitations of liability apply regardless of whether you and HPE have been expressly advised of the potential loss.

12. Breaches of these terms and conditions
